Suomy Track-1 Ninety Seven, Full-Face Helmet

TRACK-1 is the new generation full-face helmet from Suomy, made of TRICARBOCO composite material
(Aramid fibers/Carbon/Fiberglass), characterized by dynamic and high-performance shapes. It was developed in the wind tunnel
to offer the best performance and the best balance between road and track use.

The interior is manufactured using the best technologies to guarantee reliability and comfort for all bikers.
The typical performance from the world of competition meets that of touring, to create a combination of technical
solutions suitable for all routes.

Shell
The shell is made of TRICARBOCO fibers, a new composite material that allows for a lighter yet
harder and more protective shell.

The new composite material is a blend of carbon with different weight/break strength combined with
aramid resins and fiberglass, ensuring a light yet significantly more resistant shell.

Polystyrene Inner Shell
The inner lining made of polystyrene is manufactured in three sizes (S, M, and L) to achieve better ergonomics.

Even if most of the energy generated by the impact is absorbed by the outer shell thanks to its deformation,
the role of polystyrene is crucial for absorbing the remaining energy.

Different densities of polystyrene allow for optimizing the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system and
ensuring maximum absorption level in all areas of the helmet.

Visor
The visor is made of scratch-resistant, optical class 1 injected PC with a variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm.

The visor has a side lock for better stability and can be easily removed without tools thanks to a practical mechanism.

Pinlock®
TRACK-1 is equipped with a PINLOCK® Max Vision 70 lens.

Ventilation
The internal polystyrene has been designed to work in symbiosis with the three air intakes on the outer fiber shell.
The special channeling of the polystyrene allows for optimal ventilation of the air intake into the helmet and
a rapid discharge of hot air.

Interior
The cheek pads and the inner comfort padding can be removed, washed, and replaced. They are made of
Hydrocool, a valuable fabric with special fibers that offers the following properties:

Easy wicking of body moisture
Maintaining the correct temperature
Lightweight fabric, soft and breathable
The cheek pads are suitable for Bluetooth headphones
The cheek pads have an emergency system to quickly remove them if needed.

Retention System
The chin is equipped with a double D-ring retention system, which allows for easy release of the chin strap.
