Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
You can return your order within 100 days without stating a reason. Simply send the return to us in time by post or email.
Exchange
A direct exchange for a different size is unfortunately not possible. If an item does not fit, please return it and reorder the correct size. We will refund the purchase amount upon receipt and inspection.
Packaging & Condition
Please pack the item in its original packaging or in secure replacement packaging. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all tags/stickers attached. Please include the returns form or download it online if you no longer have one.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping. Please remove all additional items (e.g., protectors or contents of pockets), as we assume no liability for them.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we typically refund the purchase amount within 2–3 business days. Depending on the payment method and bank processing times, it may take a little longer.
Warranty & Complaints
Warranty
The statutory warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. Some manufacturers also offer an extended warranty of up to 5 years beyond this period.
Complaint
If an item was delivered damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us immediately by email or via our contact form. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible and include photos if necessary. We will inform you about the further procedure, e.g., repair, replacement, or refund.
Note
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by third parties. For an extended manufacturer's warranty, please check the manufacturer's warranty conditions for precise information on duration and scope.
Payment
Payment Methods
We accept: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Invoice (if available).
Secure Payment
All payments are processed securely and encrypted via our payment service provider. Your credit card information is not stored on our website.
Refund for Cancellation or Return
Our accounting department processes each credit note manually, so it may take a few days.
- For PayPal, credit card, and advance payment, the refund will be made to the linked account.
- For Sofortüberweisung and cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the account you provide.
Overall, you should allow approximately 14 business days for processing.
Shipping
Shipping Time
Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available and payment has been received.
- Items marked "in stock" are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- For backorders, shipping may be delayed.
You can check the current status of your order at any time in your customer account.
Delivery Address
You can have your order sent to a different address. Please enter the desired address during the ordering process and ensure that all details are correct to guarantee smooth delivery.
What can I do if a package arrives damaged?
If your delivery is damaged, please refuse acceptance and inform us immediately by email at verkauf@bikeroutfit.at
If you have already accepted the package, you must file a damage report directly with the delivery service.
Then send us the damage report by email so that we can open a case for you. After the review is complete, we will inform you about the next steps, e.g., compensation or replacement delivery.
How can I track my shipment? Where can I find the tracking number?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Alternatively, you can find the tracking number in your customer account once it is available. Enter the number on the website of the respective parcel service provider to track your shipment.
