The 1.1 to 1.2 mm thick Italian full-grain high-performance cowhide is also used for the production of SPIDI's top-of-the-range racing suits: With its unparalleled abrasion resistance, it is a fundamental factor for the CE certification of the AAA class with reduced weight and increased comfort.

The DP Progressive is indeed a CE prEN 17092-2:2020 Class AAA certified jacket with external Warrior shields on the shoulders, removable Warrior Lite protectors on the shoulders and Force-Tech protectors on the elbows. For additional protection, there is an internal attachment for a Level 1 or 2 Warrior back protector and a Warrior chest protector, both sold separately.

High-strength elastic Flex Tenax Nylon 6.6 flex inserts on the forearms and elastic leather inserts on the back ensure high comfort in a racing position. A zipper and clips are available for attaching the trousers, while an adjustable waist closure ensures a perfectly adapted fit.

Generous air inlets and outlets are provided on the arms and back to ensure adjustable ventilation.
