light-sensitive coating. This process - from completely clear to maximally tinted -
takes approx. 25-45 seconds. In bright sun, it darkens similarly strongly to the "Dark Smoked" visor.
As the sun's radiation decreases, the "Photochromatic" visor adapts and reduces the tint accordingly – down to
bad weather or twilight, where it almost achieves the clear vision of the untinted "Clear" visor. The color impression
is rather reddish, especially with strong tinting, and becomes increasingly neutral as the tint decreases.
