How D3O Air works

The material consists of "intelligent" molecules that flow freely when worn, but instantly interlock on impact, absorbing energy and then immediately becoming mobile again. D3O Air does not harden when the molecules interlock to absorb and distribute energy. In doing so, they noticeably reduce impact energy.
