We wanted to develop a particularly comfortable, protective and breathable pair of trousers for hot weather touring and arrived at the Tourster-BigAir 1.0 trousers, which are ready for your longest and hottest tours and feature permanent, specially developed ventilation and certified all-round protection.

These trousers are suitable for long distances in high temperatures and are made from our extremely durable, stretchy AeroMesh upper material, which improves air circulation and promotes the perfect body temperature. We have used our robust, breathable, water-repellent and windproof 450D coated X-Stretch outer material, which also offers you maximum freedom of movement when riding.

For better temperature regulation, we have optimized ventilation through extended mesh areas and used a light and airy inner lining that offers you hours of wearing comfort. Thanks to the zipped pockets on the front and the leg pocket, you always have everything with you on the go.

To protect you, the trousers not only have hip pads, but also height-adjustable knee protectors, both of which sit comfortably in the pre-cut shape of the ergonomic trousers, so they move with your every move.

Combine the Tourster-BigAir 1.0 trousers with the matching jacket, which is securely connected by a long zipper, to create the perfect touring outfit for those really warm days.
